I'm really pleased with this shot - Manual setting F4.5 1/2500, ISO 800 - I'm beginning to understand my settings so much better and that makes me happy!
Hi Clare Oh you say the nicest things, thank you I'm really chuffed. I added the border in PSE (select inverse) and then feathered it by 30 pixels - I'm not very good at explaining, sorry!
Forty something, married to Trevor, can't believe it will be our Silver Wedding anniversary next year! We have two strapping lads 18 & 14, a 7 year old Golden Retriever called Bramble and two cats, Onyx and Smudge (Smudge is a diabetic and costs me a small fortune, but I love her)
Amazing photography combined with inspirational words; an amazing coffee table book purchased on our 2007 trip to Australia, a family holiday of a lifetime
This is a fantastic shot Chris. I love the way the duck looks like its smiling and having a lovely dream:D Like the soft edging as well
ReplyDeleteWow. This is my favourite photo of all so far on this course. How did you get the soft edges...is that a DOF effect?
